Doesn’t matter what season it is whether it be spring planting or fall harvest, it always feels like it goes from zero to hundred in the blink of an eye. Every year I tell myself I am going to be more prepared and have things on hand to help feed an ever-busy, can barely stop to eat farmer and agronomist. Some years I do and some years I don’t. The years I don’t I am left unprepared and unsure of what to cook, so I usually default back to our old standby recipes or scramble to compile a plan of recipes.
I wanted to compile a list of recipes to help inspire and give you (and me) a place to look when we are not sure what to cook or when we need a last minute recipe to feed a bunch of hungry mouths. Volume two includes a whole section of recipes you can make with your Instant Pot! And if you don’t have one, you NEED one! All of the recipes are approved for those meat and potatoes types, whether guy or gal. But I also stuck a couple of “healthier” ones in there too.
I hope this helps spark creativity and gets you cookin’ something new for all of your farm or ranch helpers! Lord knows that the one who feeds everyone is an important and integral part of the well-oiled machine that is farming and ranching.

I love these ideas. Thanks for sharing, Jenny!
I loved volume one and can’t wait to try some recipes from volume two!
