We have been having the most gorgeous sunsets lately. There is something about the blues, pinks, oranges, and yellows that lures me in. It calls to me and makes me want to grab my cameras and just take a drive. Wander through the trees, abandoned buildings and around grain bins, in search of those gorgeous colors… So I have been. One night it may be the most vivid colors and the next the sky is painted with gorgeous pastels. Some nights there are clouds that add color and texture and other nights, it is clear. I know when I was in California we experienced some pretty amazing sunsets but why don’t I remember them with as much passion? Maybe there is just something about the wide open spaces that make up North Dakota that just make my heart flutter.

I’ve always said AZ has the best sunsets because of our mountains, but yours are something special. Very pretty.
