Coffee Date: NYE, Weather, Crossfit, and GO BISON!

Coffee Date: NYE, Weather, Crossfit, and GO BISON!

Another weekly Friday Coffee Date! SEVEN weeks ago I started a new series called Coffee Date… Inspired by Rags to Stitches Linkup. This week LITERALLY flew by, I can’t believe it’s Friday already!! I hope that if I keep doing this eventually some of my blogger friends will join in!

This week I talk about my husband and I’s WILD New Year’s Eve celebration (not really), how I’ve been joking about the weather and some people get really cranky about it, how my second week of Crossfit has been going (hoping to make it a habit), about eating healthier and how counting calories has helped me, and finally THE BISON PLAY THIS WEEKEND! Watch out Frisco, TX the HERD is coming!!

How was everyone’s week? Did yours fly by too!? How was New Year’s!? Someone share a crazy story with me!! What are you up to this weekend? Let’s Have Coffee!!!Enhanced by Zemanta

I love this! Such a neat idea! Maybe one day I will participate in a Coffee Date. We are actually about 40 minutes from Frisco, and my brother-in-law and sister-in-law live in Frisco! Krista works at Sephora, so I will have to giver her a heads up about the influx of North Dakota residents possibly headed her way! Ha! Have a great weekend!

I feel as though time flew by too! I’m curious about how you like cross fit. I’m thinking about adding it to my weekly bootcamp workout.

I have been LOVING crossfit! It is different every single day and I need that. I get bored with the same thing over and over. We aren’t into it in such intensity yet. Like aren’t tracking personal records and times yet. But we are working out hard and gradually getting better and better. I enjoy a lot of the movements/exercises and the fact that 1 day a week we lift/do strength. There’s something about lifting a bar that makes you feel strong! 🙂
