Nonny’s Cheesecake
simple and delicious cheesecake

Ingredients
Scale
- Graham cracker crust (boxed or pre-made)
Filling
- 2– 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
Topping
- 1/2 pint sour cream (1 cup)
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- Put all ingredients out at room temperature for at least 30 minutes.
- Mix all filling ingredients together and pour into (cooked) crust.
- Bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees and cool.
- For the topping, mix all ingredients together and pour over cooled cheesecake.
- Bake 5 minutes at 375 degrees.
- Cool & Enjoy!
