Protein Pancakes

protein pancakes: flour free!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder (I like Isopure)
  • toppings of choice

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender or use your immersion blender!!, blend until smooth. Let rest for 2 minutes.
  2. Pour ΒΌ of the batter into a hot pan greased with butter or pam spray. Cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown, flip. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes on the other side. Repeat with the rest of the batter.
  3. Serve with toppings of your choice, I like peanut butter!
