Lamb Chop Marinade
Ingredients

- 4–6 lamb chops
- 1/2 cup cottonseed oil (I used olive)
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons steak seasoning
- 1 tablespoon Pappy’s seasoning
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon granulated garlic
Instructions
- Mix all marinade ingredients in a small bowl. Put chops into a shallow dish or ziploc bag to marinate. Pour marinade over lamb chops. Marinate for at least 24 hours.
