Peanut Butter Cake

Cake

  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 1/4 cups sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups ice water

Frosting

  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa
  • 3 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

Cake

  1. Cream wet ingredients together until smooth. Add dry ingredients and lastly water. Bake 350 degrees for about 50 minutes in a 9 x 13 pan.

Frosting

  1. Beat all ingredients together, add milk to desired thickness.

Notes

  • Frosting is also great on graham crackers!
