21 Day Bible Fix Part 2

21 Day Bible Fix Part 2

Lately I’ve been seeing everyone and their mom doing the “21 Day Fix”. I am so excited that so many people starting on a journey to better themselves through food! Nutrition as we know is a huge factor or losing weight as well as alleviating many different medical problems you may be having. It is important to be filling our body with food that is good for us and provides us nourishment.

The same can be said of our soul. It is beneficial, necessary, and important to be feeding our soul with God’s word. Yet so many Christians starve themselves spiritually, every single day. We have to eat to survive and our faith is no different. We have to be IN God’s word in order for our faith to survive. There are plenty of people who have been Christians their entire lives, but haven’t spent a day in God’s word outside of their weekly church service.

This, my friends, should break your heart. We are given such an abundance of resources, yet so few take advantage of it. We are told throughout Scripture to continually stay in the word.

Joshua 1:8 tells us “Keep this Book of the Law always on your lips; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful.”

Just recently, we finished up a 21 Day Bible Fix in the book of John. It has been so awesome to have a group of people who hold me accountable and whom I can go to with my thoughts and questions regarding passages I read. We decided that this challenge and resulting group have been so helpful in encouraging one another to really dig into the word of God, we’ve decided to continue the fun!

We are now moving onto another challenge: reading through Galatians, Ephesians, Philippians, & Colossians! EVEN IF you didn’t join us for the book of John, I hope you will join us for this new challenge! We would love to have you and encourage you to make daily time in God’s word a habit! And as a result, we will develop a meaningful and fruitful relationship with our Lord.

I want to challenge you. 21 days of being in God’s word. 21 days of finding out what beautiful promises God has for us. 21 days of starting and establishing a living and personal relationship with the Lord.

Are you in??

So here’s the challenge.

We will spend the next 21 Days (beginning on Monday March 9th) reading through the books of Galatians, Ephesians, Philippians, & Colossians.

In order to help and guide you through the 21 Day Challenge, I have created a packet of printables. One for each day. These daily worksheets include some questions and prompts in order to guide you in your reading and really help you flesh out all that God wants to reveal to you.

Download the 21 Day Challenge Printables HERE!

And if you need some encouragement, accountability, or just want a place to share what God has revealed to you… Feel free to join our 21 Day Bible Fix Facebook Group! I will try my best to remind everyone of their reading assignments as well as encourage you to share throughout the week!

I hope you will accept the challenge and give God 21 days of your life. I hope you will strive for the goal of finishing this, don’t let one skipped day stop you from completing the challenge. Maybe it will take you 30 days, but continue on. Persevere. Through it, I hope He changes your life and shows you the power of spending time in his word on a daily basis.

Feel free to invite and share this with anyone! And don’t be afraid to join in! This is for anyone and everyone, even IF you’ve never even read the Bible before! Take the challenge!

    Jenny,
Could you please post again the link to download the first 21 day Bible Fix, I somehow failed to get that one.. I will have to do some catchup though but maybe I can do it.. I just returned last week from ‘The Lovely State of California’; was near San Deaigo, lovely and fun filled place, but could not get over how much everything cost there, especially groceries; and really don’t see why considering you and other farmers supply all States equally; right-wrong? Jenny could you please add ‘The Kindel to the list of places to ‘Download’ the Bible places to store? Hope I’ve got that worded in such away as you can understand what I am trying to ask!!… Thanks for your time and trouble… Alice W…

      Hi Alice!
I was wondering where you’d gone as I had not heard from you in quite some time! Glad to hear you have a lovely trip! I have three counsins who live in San Diego and you are indeed correct, the cost of living is extremely high.

You should be able to download The Bible for free on your Kindle if you use a Kindle to read. Otherwise, I just use the good old fashioned way of reading the Bible! I enjoy being able to physically turn the pages. We will be reading through Galatians, Ephesians, Philippians, and Colossians for the next 21 days. We started on Galatians Chapter 1 today! Glad to see you’re going to join in!
